Las Velas will accept deliveries on behalf of the client as a complimentary service, during the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the day of the event for evening events, or on the day prior for daytime events unless otherwise arranged. Teardown and stacking of all equipment and articles not belonging to Las Velas must be completed the evening of the event unless prior arrangements have been made with management. Las Velas is open for pickup of such equipment and articles between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon of the following business day.
Personal or business checks will be accepted as well as Visa, Master Card and American Express. A 3% surcharge is applied to credit card payments. Ask about details.

Rental fee includes a three (3) hour complimentary setup time immediately prior to the event setting time and a one (1) hour breakdown immediately following the event. Additional setup and breakdown time (must be scheduled) and will be billed at $100.00 per hour, payable prior to the event setup. Three complimentary one-hour on-site planning sessions may be scheduled by appointment.
Sponsors, event planners, and all other parties associated with the event may arrive three (3) hours prior to the scheduled event time unless otherwise arranged.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee. If the check is returned after the balance is due, the contract may be subject to a breach of contract.
Each of our in house caterers has a wonderful menu to choose from offering a wide array of options (Please see Vendors and Partners). Outside caterers are permitted with management approval.
